Bellingham Station Survey Results

The results are in.  Not a shocker, agents are demoralized by the Security Theater games and upset that management plays along at the expense of arresting illegal aliens and agent morale.

1.  The work I do is consistent with the mission of the Border Patrol.

The general sentiment here is that the mission BLH has historically carried out has been stopped

for political reasons.

The general sentiment here is summed up in a comment: “we are a guard dog chained in the front yard on a short chain.  The burglars laugh at us why they pillage the house, and the owners kick and yell at us for not doing our job.”

The general sentiment here is that BLH management will not make an effort to improve morale at the fear that it will upset Sector HQ.  There is extreme frustration that we have not implemented the HIP for agents.
