We have learned that severely reduced budgets and magnified scrutiny of AUO is STILL not enough to convince Port Angeles managers and supervisors to reduce their overtime percentage. What lead us to think this in the first place? Some of them would brag about it. So the Union enquired, and sure enough, they are telling the truth.
While the front line agents reduced their time patrolling the border because of budget constraints, the managers in a support position would not. Is this the new definition of leadership? We will see what Chief Harris has to say.
