Management Tries to Intimidate Union…Backfires 11/18/13

To all of the Local 2913 stewards out there, be aware of what management will do to stop you from investigating a grievance or an Unfair Labor Practice.  Never let the Agency interfere with your investigation.  If you have questions about what you can or cannot do while conducting an investigation, please contact the Local President.  I have attached a settlement from the FLRA upholding our ULP Charge against the Agency for interfering with Union business.

    If this settlement was signed back in September, why is the Agency not addressing my level 2 FLSA grievance. At what point will my union actively advocate for me. I’ve been a paying member since 2001.
